I found this video on “Teacher Tube” and it is a video that teaches the three main types of sentences in a humorous, but educational way. This would be a nice opening to a lessen on the period, question mark and exclamation marks and how to use them in a sentence. I think by presenting this in this way-less mistakes will occur in students writing. See Below

Love teacher tube. It has educational videos as well as entertaining. Some have both of these elements in one! I thought the musical ones were particulary fun. View some of the math raps. They are pretty entertaining and actually teaches something.
